Shipping Charges

We offer a standard delivery service to UK Mainland addresses for a flat rate of £12.99 per order.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Delivery Area

Our standard delivery service is available to UK Mainland addresses only.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to the following locations under our standard shipping service:

•⁠  ⁠Scottish Islands
•⁠  ⁠Channel Islands
•⁠  ⁠Isle of Man
•⁠  ⁠Isle of Wight
•⁠  ⁠Northern Ireland
•⁠  ⁠Any other offshore UK islands

If you are unsure whether your postcode is covered, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within one working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
