Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your goods without reason.


1. I bought an item by mistake and wish to return it, what should I do?

Please contact us to authorize the return and to receive any details that you will require.  Your return can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. Who pays for return postage?

Return shipping costs are made at the buyers expense, however there are exceptions such as:
-The item being damaged or not as expected. If the item did not meet the quality level you expected in which the item is not as described in the original advertisement, we will arrange collection of the part. However we will investigate to make sure the claim is valid (please also see Q3).

3. My item is damaged in transit/not as expected.

In this case, when the courier has delivered the item, you are required to sign for the item as “damaged” or rejecting delivery of the parcel.
Please note in order for return costs to be covered, this is required to guarantee you do not encounter any costs.

4. The item is scratched and I was not expecting to repaint it?

Please be aware, all our items that are to be fitted to the car body are sold with the intention to be repainted unless otherwise clearly stated. We will not pay for any return costs due to the item needing repainting, nor do we give any sort of part refund under any circumstances.

5. I don’t believe the part to be of the value I paid, can you give me money back?

No. The item is sold at a priced deemed appropriate for its condition and original value. If you think the item is not suited to your needs or price range, you are more than welcome to make an offer before purchasing however if you buy the item you are accepting the given price. We will NOT under any circumstances give part refunds on demand.

6. I have returned my item, when can I expect a refund?

Once the item is back, we will refund the original amount paid straight away. The refund should then go in immediately or within 48hours depending on the original payment method. 

7. What is the paint code for this item?

Sorry, all items are sold to be repainted and as such the paint code is not given or available.
